LIMINAL TRACES
Celebrating Acoustic Ecologies. Performance by MUELLER-DIVJAKPart of Angewandte Festival
LIMINAL TRACES. Celebrating Acoustic Ecologies is a dynamic sound lecture that understands the acoustic world as a phenomenon of resonance, shaped by connectedness and interaction. Through the live-curated interplay of field recordings, physical and digital artefacts, the performance traces sonic imprints deeply embedded in our collective memory, presenting them as a new listening experience. Developed within SENSING LIVING SYSTEMS at the AIL, this solar performance explores the intersections of sound, pop history and solar energy, celebrating concept, improvisation and the (unexpected) emergent. The performance ends when the energy collected by the mobile solar unit runs out.
